There is plenty of street parking nearby. There is a Parkbee garage 50m from our studio if you want to park your car inside. The studio is also easily accessible by public transportation and bike.

We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. You do not have to bring a gym or shower towel and water bottle, as we provide this free of charge. We also offer you a whey protein shake after your workout, also free of charge.

Yes, we provide this as an add on to your Personal Training membership (€50,- e month extra). This includes a customised nutrition plan, coaching and monthly evaluations. However, for more in-depth nutrition counseling, we recommend consulting with a registered dietitian.
